Truck Driver C+E Waalwijk

You will start your workday at our base in Waalwijk, where a planner is always available to support you if needed. Throughout the day, you will keep in touch with the planner via the onboard computer and occasionally by phone. As a driver, you are responsible for loading and unloading goods at distribution centers and supermarkets. The cargo mainly consists of refrigerated and chilled pallets. Additionally, you will take back any return loads. You primarily work day shifts, which begin between 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM and typically end in the afternoon. In retail distribution, you will have a lot of interaction with various people at both the distribution centers and the stores, making for a varied and engaging workday. You will have plenty of opportunities to improve your driving skills as you travel on highways and maneuver through narrow village streets. Your agility is crucial in this role. It is essential to understand that you represent our company both on the road and with the customer, acting as our company's ambassador.
