About the function

The company realizes approximately 2 million m2 of industrial floors per calendar year. Super flat, on time and with a big heart for their profession! As a setter you get up early: at 5 a.m. You drink coffee with your colleagues at the main location in Veghel and will then leave towards the work location in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany.

Large industrial floors (for example 50 by150 meters) are not poured in one day, but are laid in parts. As a Setter you make a daily separation (also known as a dilatation profile). From your profile, the concrete will be poured in one day and they will start up again from there the next. You receive your assignments from a supervisor via a daily schedule. In Veghel you pick up your daily schedule in the morning and collect the materials you need. You work in a team and are part of a large family of professionals. In this workfield, not a day is the same and your workplace is constantly changing!
